Valley Wine Bar brings you our first supper club with wild food specialists Fruits of the Forage.


Rhubarb and Elderflower Cocktail

Butter Poached Hake
Crushed new potatoes, fat hen and pickled sea vegetables

Wood Pigeon
Celeriac, dam sloe chutney, cabbage and bacon

Apple and Hogweed Treacle Tart
Verjuice poached pear and lemon balm ice cream

Damson and Dark Chocolate Truffle

All served with our perfectly paired wine flight.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.
